adequate stay, but with a few issues

early check-in feehigh humidity

the check-in process was frustrating. the front desk staff member didn't speak english well. communication was difficult and they were unwilling to consider any alternatives. this policy felt inflexible and poorly communicated. plus i found the room to have a high humidity, it was not very pleasant.

the hotel provided luggage forwarding services to and from the hotel i found this helpful.

check-in was problematic i arrived expecting a smooth process but found the staff struggled with english communication there was some confusion regarding amenities it wasn't clear what was included and what required extra payment this created unnecessary stress after a long day of travel the advertised english-speaking staff was not consistently available.

elevator exitginza line

the location is steps away from elevator exit 6 of kanda station.. this includes ginza line metro access. kanda station also has jr service.

the room had a high humidity, perhaps because of the independent inverter air conditioner.
